Remember one thing! Three years is a good time to spend in any company but there can be many things which can have an influence on an Individual’s decision on whether to work or not in the same company. Even the Interviewer might not be sure about his existence in the company 3 or 5 years down the line. This question is primarily asked to understand how stable you are as a person. Everyone likes a stable person and nobody wants to pick up a candidate who might not work for the organization for more than a year at least. So, be smart and give a smart reply. Even if you have different plans, don’t let the Interviewer know them.Where do you see yourself in 3 years from now“I always look forward to being working in an organization which gives me continued growth alongside new challenges daily. Three years down the line, having faced real-time market situations & working with a team towards a common goal, I see myself as an experienced and a reliable senior member in the team. Initial few years in career are very crucial since there is an enormous amount of learning and knowledge sharing is involved. If I were to speak about which I see myself after Five years from today, I see myself at a position where I am ready to take charge. I look forward to taking up managerial responsibilities including product strategies & budgeting & of course earning a good remuneration.. Unless an Individual spends a fair amount of time ie., around 5+ years in an organization, he/she might not be in a position to lead a team successfully. I prefer to have a stable career in a single organization and I hope I get that wherever I start my career.Be confident when you answer !!
